Face Masks: Mask use in clinic is mandatory for anyone over the age of 2, except for those who qualify for a medical exemption. Our staff, doctors and nurses will also be wearing a mask to protect you against viral spread. You are welcome to wear your own reusable mask during your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, have upper respiratory or viral-like symptoms, we will ask you to shift to a phone appointment or postpone until symptoms have cleared. Regardless of a COVID-19 negative test, we are not able to welcome symptomatic patients in our clinic unless pre-screened by a doctor through a preceding phone appointment (at which time additional precautions will be taken to limit exposure). Please call the clinic to adjust your appointment if you are symptomatic.
Phone Appointments: Some health concerns can be addressed with a doctor over the phone. When possible and to limit exposure, phone appointments may be recommended by our staff. Phone appointments may also be used as a pre-screening tool for symptomatic patients.
Partners and Support People: Due to the increased contagiousness of the Delta Variant, we are not currently welcoming partners & non-essential support people to our patients’ in-clinic appointments, regardless of vaccination status. This is to limit exposure between our patients, their support people and our staff. We encourage partners to use FaceTime and other means of virtual participation.
